Laser Hair Removal Candidate

• Shave with razor the area to be treated 24 hours before Laser Hair Removal procedure. This process is to make sure the machine used on the skin can do its work without being hindered and the laser pulses will directly get to the hair cells in the roots.
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning treatment for about six weeks p treatment to avoid any complications.
• No plucking, waxing or removing hair from the roots prior to the treatment with 4 to 6 weeks in since laser hair removal targets and breaks down the hair follicles in the roots.

• The photons of light are absorbed by melanin in the hair follicles that causes the hair root in the follicle to die immediately and prevent hair from growing out of that root again.

• Avoid excess sun exposure and the tanning treatments for at least 6 weeks after treatment. It may require more than one session to permanent remove hair.
• Always apply strong sunscreen to protect the skin from the harmful rays of the sun and avoid complications.
• Apply cold ice packs to the treated area for relief in case of redness or discomfort.
